We are looking for a hardworking asphalt laborer to join our team! Previous related experience in the construction field preferred but if you are willing to learn we will train. A paving laborer will follow direction of Foreman as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or jobsite and assist paving crew with various duties such as...

- Offload truck and gather tools for the day.
- Work alongside milling machine and paver.
- Shoveling and raking, handling the lute, tacking, running wheelbarrow and small power tools such as a jack hammer.
- Assist in the placement, moving and dismantling of signs, barricades, cones and other traffic control devices.
- Transport water to rollers, power broom, and plate compactor.
-Maintain cleanliness and packing equipment away at end of day.
-Adhere to any and all safety standards including proper PPE use, jobsite best practices, and general housekeeping items.
- Must maintain a driver's license.
