We're grateful to be in the Natural State with a beautiful backdrop for our weekly adventure therapy.

Each week our young men are challenged in ways that can't be replicated inside four walls. Nature has a way of stripping away distractions and getting to what's real. For our young men, that means confronting fear, frustration, and conflict in a safe and supportive environment and discovering they have what it takes to overcome it.

That's the beauty of getting outside. Happy National Get Outside Day!

Last week, our outreach team had the honor of joining Campbell Recovery Services in Dallas, TX for a powerful panel discussion on the multidisciplinary approach to process addictions.

Therapists, coaches, interventionists, and consultants came together to explore the full spectrum of process addictions from assessment and treatment to long-term recovery. Our very own Allison Sharp represented Capstone Wellness on the panel, speaking to what we see in the real world and the work we do every day with young men at Capstone Treatment Center.

It's always an honor to be in a room full of like-minded clinicians who are just as committed to doing the deep work. Events like these remind us why collaboration matters in the treatment community.
