Meet Tammy! Tammy has been a dedicated Personal Lines Agent at J James for almost ten years. A hardworking and loyal member of our team, she takes pride in helping others and giving her best every day. Tammy spends lots of time with her customers to ensure she is getting the best coverage for their money. Outside of work, Tammy loves spending time with her family—especially her three grandsons, Gavin, Finn, and Hudson, who keep her heart full and her days busy!

Holley has been part of the J James team for over a year, specializing in personal lines insurance, including home and auto coverage. She brings warmth and positivity to everything she does. A proud mom of two boys—Reed (15) and Brody (14)—she enjoys a life full of activity and family moments. Outside of work, you’ll often find her outdoors, tuning into a true crime podcast, or enjoying her favorite season—fall. Above all, Holley loves spending quality time with the people who matter most. We love having Holley in the office with us.
