Discuss solutions with me!?

Hard believer if you don't ask for help then none will be given.

I think this is mostly a question for those who have been here with me for awhile but open to all In-put.

Over the years I've tried a lot of trial and error lately most of that has ended in fails due to health, living circumstances.

I don't want to give up though I just can't figure out a solution.

To open again but successfully I'd need about $1,000. Now that's partially to go to refunds as I can admit that my last launch failed i except that but the rest of the money would go to set up and product investment I work full time and I'm still a bit behind on bills because of getting sick.
In my current place I don't have a work station I sculpted most your orders while working on the floor 😂 then got a small side table. I'm thinking of selling the bed I got and replacing that area with a L shaped desk as the beds been hurting my back/neck I've been sleeping well on my futon/couch as a bed I moved into a very small studio apartment.

The thing is though sometimes making multiple of a item works really well and other times despite trying I can not recreate what I've sculpted before I am slowly getting better in health I'm not sure if I should re open but idk I can't stop thinking.

Should I only sell 1 piece at a time and only remake that style each drop instead of trying to make 30+ different vs each drop or should I switch to larger original pieces where I just sculpt in my free time I sell a few large original pieces that can ship out the next day ext.

Or should I not sell at all but still sculpt and turn this page only into content and inspiration for other people who want ideas to sculpt or just like seeing pieces.

Sometimes I really like the large drops but now that I have a pretty successful chef career things are different, my boss did just give me 3 days off now so I can work on health and stability.

I feel like my biggest errors came down to replication and shipping times over the last 5 years and doing so much at once cutting corners to try and get by/survival.

If I make originals then pieces can be sold right away and ship right away.

If I sell 1 item but allow replication each drop I could make 30 items so could take two weeks to ship out but it would allow multiple people to get pieces they want.

Or is there something else I should try?

I haven't gotten up today 🥶 I worked the holiday weekend I'm so tired I have a lot of computer work that I need to do ,a lot of things I'm still behind on but as my boss would tell me, just keep swimming 🐠
