Meet two of our favorite four-legged residents! 💛
🍀 Rua, a gorgeous Irish Setter, is basically a Volunteer Park VIP—she knows every trail like the back of her paw!
🎾 Dallas, her fun-loving mixed-breed bestie, lives for splashing in the water and chasing down the perfect tennis ball.
When those Seattle skies start to rumble ⛈️? Yep… you’ll find these two snuggled up together—because thunder is definitely not their thing. 💕
And Rua? Let’s just say she has the leasing office on speed dial (okay, not really…but close). She’s always counting down the days until her next visit—because the treat jar basically has her name on it! 🦴
We absolutely love having these two in our community—they make every day a little brighter! 🐶💫

The Capitol Hill Weekly Farmers Market is happening every Sunday from 11AM–3PM — conveniently located right outside our doors! 🛍️✨

Spend your Sunday shopping local vendors, picking up fresh produce, flowers, baked goods, handmade treats, and more while soaking up the neighborhood vibes. ☀️🍓🌷

🐾🌞 Meet Luna — Our May Pet of the Month! 🌞🐾

Luna is living her best life one hike, nap, and peanut butter treat at a time! 🥜🐶 When she’s not soaking up the sunshine or picking out her own toys at the store (yes, she has excellent taste 💅), you can usually find her enjoying a well-deserved long nap after her adventures.

This sweet girl loves just about everything… except cats, heavy rain, and the vacuum cleaner. 😂 One of her cutest quirks? Her ears move around like little radar antennas, always on high alert for snacks, squirrels, or the word “walk.” 🛰️🐾

Congratulations to our adorable May Pet of the Month, Luna! 💛 Be sure to give her some extra love if you see her around the community!
