I’ve eaten a lot of bún chả over 17 years in Vietnam.
Smoky pork.
Fresh herbs.
Cold noodles.
That sweet, sour, garlicky nước chấm.
These are my Top 5 bún chả spots in Hanoi.

After 17 years living in Vietnam, cooking here, filming here, building restaurants here, and traveling through this country one meal at a time, I finally built a place to put everything I’ve learned.
FKN DELICIOUSNESS is now live.
This website is my new home for Vietnamese food, recipes, city guides, restaurant stories, street food, hidden gems, and the kind of everyday meals that made me fall deeper in love with this country.
I wanted to create something useful. Something honest. Something that helps people understand Vietnam through food, not just as a tourist checklist, but as a living, breathing place full of markets, kitchens, alleys, families, vendors, cafés, and dishes with real stories behind them.
New articles will be posted daily:

Vietnam City Guides coming soon
This is a project I’m really proud of, and it means a lot to finally share it with you.
Thank you for supporting me all these years, through the restaurants, the videos, the road trips, the food stories, the wins, the failures, and everything in between.
Take a read, share it with a friend, and let me know what Vietnamese dish or city you want me to cover next.

Cơm tấm is one of those dishes that tells you everything about Saigon in a single plate.
Broken rice.
Smoky grilled pork.
Egg meatloaf.
Pickles.
Fish sauce.
It’s humble, bold, a little messy in the best way, and built for people who care more about flavor than flash.
If you come to Vietnam and skip cơm tấm, you’re missing one of the country’s true everyday masterpieces.
This is part of the What To Eat In Vietnam series at FKN DELICIOUSNESS.
