Alongside his work as a consultant at a Big 4 firm, he also serves as President & Co-Founder of .wa , helping lead the organization’s long-term vision and impact.

His professional background combines finance, leadership, and strategic problem-solving, with a passion for helping others navigate career growth and professional development with confidence and clarity.

Daniel is a longtime community organizer and public service leader with over two decades of experience creating initiatives centered around equity, civic engagement, and community impact. His work has spanned environmental justice, homelessness advocacy, and cross-sector collaboration, with a focus on building stronger and more connected communities.

Currently serving in leadership at Sound Transit, Daniel brings a mentorship approach grounded in service, strategy, and meaningful community engagement. He’s passionate about helping emerging professionals navigate leadership, public service, and careers rooted in impact.

Shala is a dental hygienist with 7 years of experience in general practice and a passion for helping future dental professionals navigate the realities of the field. From licensing guidance to job applications and career growth, she’s committed to helping others step confidently into healthcare careers.

Meet Denis Maronga, Founder & CEO of Kicheko Project Foundation ✨

Denis is a community leader, creative, and advocate whose work centers around building stronger, more connected communities through arts, culture, and storytelling. Alongside leading Kicheko Project Foundation, he also brings experience in creative direction and professional emceeing, using those platforms to create spaces that encourage dialogue, healing, and connection across generations.

His mentorship brings a unique perspective for mentees interested in community leadership, creative entrepreneurship, event curation, nonprofit work, and using creativity as a tool for impact.
