On Monday, I joined the sea of people at Pier 62 to watch the U.S. match. Everywhere I looked there were smiles, cheers, flags waving, and strangers celebrating together. The joy in the crowd was almost impossible to put into words.

It reminded me of one of my favorite discoveries: joy multiplies when it's shared.

I've experienced that feeling so many times in Zumba, too. A room full of dedicated people arriving after a long day of... doing life! Then the music starts. Someone welcomes a first-timer. Someone else laughs after missing a step. Before long, an entire room is smiling, dancing, and feeding off one another's energy.

Monday felt like that.

The love of the game was obvious. But what stayed with me even more was the big, giant community. Thousands of people from every background imaginable, cheering side by side, celebrating together, and sharing in something bigger than ourselves.

In a world that can often feels divided, moments like these remind us how much we still have in common.

So this Wisdom Wednesday, here's your gentle reminder: find your people. Dance. Cheer. Celebrate. Share the moments that make you feel alive.

Because joy was never meant to be felt alone. ❤️

As I've gotten older, I've realized we're allowed to want what we want... even if everyone around us thinks we might be a little crazy. 😄

Maybe your dream is to move across the country.

Maybe it's to open a coffee shop, write a book, learn to salsa dance, or finally buy your first home.

Maybe it's to spend your weekends talking to chickens in a cabin in the woods.

Wanna know one of mine? I'd love to fall ridiculously in love with a kind, fun, emotionally intelligent man who comes with bonus kids. There are family adventures, inside jokes, cheering from the sidelines, and being the house where dance parties and random sleepovers happen on the regular.

Dreams don't need unanimous approval. You don’t even need to share them with everyone until you are ready to. They just need to matter to you.
