Come support the Chief Sealth gymnastics team this Thursday, February 9th, from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM in the upper gym and watch the gymnasts show off some of their skills on the eve of this Metro League Championships! 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♂️

Continuing to stay fit and active is a struggle for many, during this pandemic with no in person school or sports it makes it even harder to push yourself to go out and about but .gym is offering free teen classes to help you become confident and fit. Run by Coaches Zach , AJ , and Tabitha they have established a spot in South Park including an outdoor and indoor workout space. It could be a lot of pressure joining something new and out of your comfort zone so if you have any questions dm or contact (one of the teen coaches) and we’ll be able to walk you through the process!

Congratulations to Jahvius Leui who won the 3A State Championship in wrestling at 285! JJ becomes the first State Champion in wrestling in Chief Sealth history!
