Ingredients
2kg | boneless chicken
¼ cup | mayonnaise
½ tsp | saffron
1 ½ tsp | salt
1 tsp | black pepper
2 tbs | olive oil
One | onion
Two | peppers

Method
• Cut chicken into 2-3 inch even size cubes.
• Grind saffron into powder and let it soak in hot water
• Marinate the chicken in the above ingredients overnight or at least 6 hours.
• Flat, medium sized stainless-steel skewers are best for this recipe.
• The skewers are placed 2-3 inches above the fire or hot coals for slower cooking.
• Brush with ghee or melted butter at the end of the cooking.
• Put your delicious jujeh on a flat bread or saffron rice, and Nooshe Jan!
