It's easy to get caught up in the monotony of day-to-day life. The familiar becomes routine, and we can find ourselves going through the motions without ever really stopping to think about what we want from life. We might even begin to doubt whether we're capable of achieving our biggest dreams. But it's important never to give up on ourselves. We need to keep dreaming big and claiming space for ourselves in this world. And most importantly, we need to believe in our own power and potential. So go out there and chase your dreams! They are worth fighting for.

Divinity is everywhere and in everything. When we take the time to notice, we can see the divine working in our own lives and in the lives of those around us. This isn't always an easy thing to do, especially when life seems to be challenging. But if we can remember to trust the process, even when things don't make sense, we can begin to see how every moment matters in our journey towards self discovery. So let's be open to all that life has to offer, knowing that each person we meet along the way is valuable for our growth. After all, divinity knows just what we need and when we need it. Let's relax into the journey and enjoy the ride!

The question, "Do you need a hug or want space?" is one that can go either way. In some cases, it might be seen as an act of love and support. But in other cases, it could be interpreted as an invasion of personal space. It all depends on the situation and the person asking. Yesterday, I was feeling tired and overwhelmed with the full moon energy and various stressors from the last few weeks making things feel a bit more difficult. And then my son asked me if I needed a hug or wanted space. It was so sweet of him to ask, and I really appreciated it.

One of the great things about parenting is witnessing your children develop and grow into their own unique individuals. As a mom, I'm always proud when my son does something that shows his emotional intelligence (EI). The simple question β€œdo you need a hug or want space” showed me just how far he's come in this area at age 14. It was a beautiful moment that helped me get out of my head back into my heart. Our children have so much to teach us when our hearts are open and we slow down to listen. Thank you, son, for being YOU, it’s great to have you home!! Feeling so β€οΈπŸ™πŸ»

We often try to "fix" someone's emotional state when we see them struggling. We want to make them feel better, and we think that if we can just fix the problem then they'll be okay. But what if instead of trying to fix someone, we simply accepted their emotional state and held space for them? What if we mirrored their emotions back to them in a supportive way? Maybe then they would feel seen and heard, and they could begin to process their feelings on their own. Just imagine how different our world would be if we all started accepting each other's emotional states, instead of trying to change them.
