What is a Happy List?⁠
An ongoing list of things that bring you happiness throughout the day--no matter how big or small! This is such a meaningful practice, as it encourages you to find happiness in everyday moments. It is so easy to let your day run past you without any acknowledgement of the good that happened. We encourage you to try making a “happy list”. Take time everyday to think of 3 things that brought you joy.
