Otter on the Rocks officially turned 4 this week — so we’re celebrating all weekend 🎉

To mark the occasion, we’re featuring a cocktail inspired by a Thai classic: Clarified Thai Tea.

Thai tea is known for its bold black tea, spices, condensed milk, and evaporated milk. We kept all those familiar flavors — just transformed through a milk clarification process to make it crystal clear, silky, and ultra refined.

This one took a lot of trials to get just right, but the result is something we’re really proud of: the nostalgic flavors of Thai tea, elevated into a cocktail.

Ever come back from a trip with an idea you could not let go of?

This January, Paris got stuck in my head. Not just the city, but the feeling of it. Soft, elegant, restrained. And when I got home, I kept wondering what would happen if I brought that energy to the bold, expressive flavors of Thailand.

Siam Society is delicate, bright, a little unexpected, and deeply rooted in contrast. Thai rum “ya dong,” ginger, Thai coconut water, OOTR falernum, and Dolin Chamberyzette all somehow meet in the middle and make something that feels greater than the sum of its parts.

A cocktail built on curiosity, memory, and the strange magic of mixing two things that should not work... until they absolutely do.
