Made this wall hanging one day with fabrics from a fat quarter bundle plus stash. I like to have a new hanging on my door now and then. I was experimenting so some points are not perfect.

Working on a quilt for a friend’s great granddaughter. Original pattern is from a book Charm School. I prefer FPP for small pieces so redesigned it in EQ8.

Beginning a project. Created this FPP - Foundation Paper Piecing butterfly in EQ8 - Electric Quilt version 8 from a tradionall piecing block in a book. I'm not fond of 1 1/2" squares so this will make the project easier. There will be 12 butterflies. Each will have a different combination of fabrics so no two butterflies will be identical but all will be part of a cohesive theme. Will be a quilt for a baby girl.
