Those words capture just a small glimpse of the transformation experienced at VisionSynergy's first Women's Summit. Over three days, we introduced women leaders to the power of collaboration - showing them how working together across denominations, regions, and communities can multiply their impact for the Kingdom.

As these women discovered new ways God could use their gifts and influence, many began taking concrete steps toward launching collaborative networks. We are grateful to walk alongside them as God continues to expand their vision.

We're celebrating an important milestone for VisionSynergy: our first Women's Summit.

Nearly 40 women from four regions of South India gathered for three days of Discovery Bible Study, discussion, and collaboration training. For many, it was their first time in a space where they could speak freely, ask questions, and learn together. Women began sharing openly, listening to one another, and forming new relationships across regions and denominations.

By the end, the focus had shifted from learning to action, as women explored how to work together to reach unreached communities. Since then, six new women-led networks have already launched, with four more planned this year.

Pitam first heard the gospel on a radio in a fishing village in West Bengal, where most people worshiped the Hindu goddess Kali. Today, he co-leads a network that has planted 2,500+ churches across South Asia and is reaching over 230 unreached people groups. God is moving in powerful ways in some of the world’s hardest places through collaboration.

But opportunities and needs are growing faster and farther than we can physically go.
