How do you celebrate your cultural holidays at this time of year?

If everyone following this page could donate $2-5, or even 0.5-1% of their next paycheck, this fundraiser could be fulfilled quickly.

Everyday the 40 children at the Reality Orphanage sleep on the floor or old foam padding. RO is only one orphanage and in the poorest region of Uganda, and its government is not supporting it. If we can get these kids the beds they deserve they will grow up so much happier and healthier with clean places to sleep.

Greetings friends! We hope that you are finding peace and staying safe in these changing times.

Our current and most pressing fundraiser is still the bunkbed fundraiser for the Reality Orphanage in Mayuge District Uganda.

The reason that this project is so important to us is because Kasango is taking care of 40 children of all ages and they do not have more than a few beds to sleep in.

Most of the children sleep on the dirt, hard floor, or if they are lucky some old and falling apart foam padding.

This is unhealthy for many reasons, including that they are sleeping next to each other and often passing colds and other contagious diseases to each other.

This rapid and constant sharing of diseases could be stopped with a new set of bunkbeds and new clean sheets so that each precious child has their own clean bed to sleep on.

Every child deserves to grow p in their own clean bed to sleep in at night. One where they can feel safe and that they will get a full night of comfortable restful sleep.
