Crash Remodeling

This one was fun. 3 story interior chimney removal. In this case the unused chimney needed to be removed to make space for hvac ducting for the new furnace being installed.

There are many reasons to remove old chimneys. Whether you'd like to gain usable interior space, for safety precautions, making room for utility needs and more.

On each floor the work area was completley sealed off from the rest of the house to contain the dust. Our dust collector was working overtime! The bricks and chimney liner are being given away as they are a precious commodity. The owner was very happy and let us know we did a fantastic job overall and with dust control.
