While we've been hard at work providing academic support to our students, our social media engagement has been flagging. A warm welcome back to classes to all the SPS students, teachers, and staff who had their first day today!

And in the spirit of welcoming, we’d like to welcome Rowan to our small but growing team of tutors at Write Seattle. Rowan was a middle-school ELA teacher in the Highland and Renton School Districts for the last four years and spent the last three of those in a full-time position teaching 7th graders at Dimmitt Middle School. She’s decided to make a career adjustment but wants to stay in education and absolutely cannot go without teaching in some form, so Write Seattle has been an ideal landing spot for her. She’s garnered outstanding feedback from the parents of students she’s worked with thus far. We feel incredibly lucky to have her!
