I mean, we all love pretty gardens that are impeccably maintained and finished in the end...but this is where it starts...standing outside in 35°, sunny, cold, morning talking through concrete details, step riser heights and post locations.

Designers, architects, builders and construction crew all coming together in a shared desire to get it all integrated and impeccable. Its a vibe. 😄 I love my job, and the smart people I have the honor of working with.🙏
