As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for prospecting and cold-calling potential customers, building lasting relationships, and closing deals to generate new business. Responsibilities: • Identify and prospect potential customers in the trucking industry. • Foster and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as their primary point of contact. • Negotiate rates and terms with customers to secure business and ensure profitability. • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. • Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of loads. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous experience in trucking sales, logistics, or related fields is preferred. • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent negotiation and closing skills. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
