You should really take a break!
Avoiding breaks leads to major burnout. When I recently took all that time away from posting on here, one month of it was spent in a state of absolute burnout! I was in over my head. The pressure and overwhelm really got me.
That's why you need to check in with yourself and take notice of where you're at and what you need. A little break goes a long way! Instead of taking 2 months off... *cough cough me*..take a day or two and refocus.
Try this!
Day 1 - Refocus your goals and your to-do list. Get your mindset straight without starting any of those tasks.
Day 2 - me day! DO NOTHING THAT DOESN'T FILL YOUR CUP. Self-care only, absolutely no business to be had.
Then come back the next day, totally refreshed and ready to crush your goals!
Now if this makes you panic that no one will be there to answer your DMS/comments/emails etc you may need a virtual assistant to keep things going when you need time away. Let me help you build a really good work-life balance! Shoot me a message or check out the link in my bio.

I love an easy fix! Optimizing your profile is an easy way to drive more traffic, help direct followers to your services/blog/store, etc, and help you gain followers who land on your page!
I see a lot of bios that just need a little bit of help! I've created a checklist to help you have your bio in tip-top shape.
1. Set your profile picture to a photo of yourself. For most pages, you'll want to use a photo of yourself instead of a logo. This helps people immediately recognize you and creates trust and connection.
*there are some cases that a logo is better, if you have a dedicated Instagram to a store or if you are an agency, that sort of thing.
2. Include your title in your name. This helps you come up when people search your title. Example: Tessa || Virtual Assistant.
3. Link your site! Recently, there's been talk that link tree is frowned upon by Instagram and TikTok, it can cause you to be seen as spam. If you still need a link tree type site I use Milkshake!
4. Now for your bio! Tell people what you do, or what to expect on your page. Rather than focusing on who you are. Keep the boy mom, dog lover for your stories and content! You want people to instantly know what to expect so they will follow.
*the exception is having pronouns/LGBTQ+ in your bio, this can create trust and connection.
5. Save room in your bio for a call to action. This looks like "head over to my blog for more", "Book a consultation with me!"
6. Do you have another account you want people to see? You can now toggle on the account you want to be seen. It will show up when people tap on your user name.

Ahh finally! The rebrand. I had so much fun working on this! I'll be honest though, working on your own branding is strange. At least for me, it was. Maybe because I'm a Gemini? We can blame it on that. Just having all that creative freedom got to me. I went down a million paths and ideas! I just really love design and the vast variety of branding I see out there!
Anyway, here it is! Swipe to see my branding sheet, color pallet & image inspiration. I had such a good time doing this and it really helped me center myself on my goals as a business.
Are any of you going through a rebrand right now? If you need someone to bounce around ideas with DM me!
