Kyle came to me over a year ago (maybe two) and mentioned that they hoped to explore purchasing in Seattle in the future. The future is now! Kyle and Joe had a list of musts and likes which allowed us to hone in on their search from the start. This new construction townhome wasn’t even listed yet but once I saw the layout I knew it was going to be the one for them! Fortunately, they agreed and we were able to negotiate some favorable terms for them. It’s official and now they are moving into a home they can call their own 🤗.
