The Ballard Cut is a great Japanese whiskey bar and farm-to-table restaurant in the heart of Ballard. We have wonderful cocktails, wines, and dinners.

For the first time ever, we will be showing a sporting event at the ballard cut! To be clear, this is a temporary thing and we will only do this when the timing fits well.
Mariners playoff games, Seahawks playoffs etc are what we will do, and only when we are open for normal business hours.

The Ardbeg Masters of Smoke Tour is making a stop at The Ballard Cut. Come by for flight specials, smoked cocktails, happy hour bites, free Ardbeg swag, and an immersive sensory experience inside the Ardbeg Airstream.
Airstream leaves at 5pm but the specials will run all night. Event menu forthcoming… 👀
