🕯️ On this Transgender Day of Remembrance, we honor the lives lost to violence, neglect, and discrimination. Homophobia and transphobia not only foster violence but often push members of the trans community into homelessness.
🚪 Many trans individuals face rejection from their families, discrimination in housing, and barriers to employment—leaving them vulnerable to life on the streets. Without access to safe housing, they become at higher risk for violence, poor mental health, and tragic outcomes.
While we remeber those who loss their lives, we also encourage to be more love throughout the community to stop this cycle.

🛑 Not setting healthly boundaries can negatively impact your mental health.
It isn’t always easy, but it’s essential for your well-being. Here’s how you can start:
✨ Know Your Limits: Take time to reflect on what feels comfortable or overwhelming for you.
✨ Communicate Clearly: Use “I” statements to express your needs (e.g., "I need time to recharge after work").
✨ Learn to Say No: Saying no doesn’t make you selfish—it shows you value your time and energy.
✨ Stick to Your Boundaries: People may push back, but it's okay to reaffirm them without guilt.
✨ Practice Self-Care: Setting boundaries allows you to show up as your best self for others AND yourself.
Protect your peace, prioritize your mental health, and remember—it’s okay to put yourself first. 💙
