I am excited to invite you to SEASON OF HARVEST: Embracing Abundance and Letting Go on Friday, October 4th, 2024 between 7:00-9:00 PM in Kirkland. 
As summer transitions into fall, we welcome this season of change by immersing ourselves in a honey-like flow with live ambient music, exploring mindful activities, and finding solace in the coziness of a restorative yoga sound bath. Together, we’ll celebrate the abundance of the harvest season while gently letting go of what no longer serves us, creating space for new possibilities and personal growth.

This event offers a space to connect deeply with yourself and others while cherishing the beauty of the season with sweetness. Experience embodiment, movement, mindfulness practices, and more. Our event features a soothing sound bath led by and ambient live music provided by Cihan Komar.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
• Mindfulness Practices: Embark on a journey of mindful activities, journaling, and meditation, embracing the theme of abundance and letting go through self-reflection and inner exploration.
• Sweet & Balmy Movement: Immerse in soft, honey-like movements, from yoga shapes to somatic experiences, flowing gently to fall-inspired live ambient music.
• Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath: Find solace in the soothing embrace of restorative yoga, supported by gentle props, as you unwind to the celestial sounds of crystal bowls and chimes. Experience the grounding energy of this transformative sound bath.
