The process ✨
Between the East and West sides, reflected across the lake in Central Park.

This mural was inspired by the idea of preserving a version of New York that almost no longer exists - the city as it felt in 1992, with older buildings, quieter skylines, and a different rhythm.

We kept the mural mostly monochromatic so the architecture and atmosphere could speak for themselves, but introduced touches of teal and deep green to connect with the tones of the space and floor palette - giving the piece subtle moments of color and contrast.

A landscape suspended somewhere between nostalgia and the present, right here in the Upper East Side. 🖤
