Ingredients:
1 Egg
1 tbsp Bamboo Fiber Flour
1 tbsp Butter, melted
2 tbsp Almond Flour
½ tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt

Mix egg to melted butter. Add to dry ingredients: flours, baking powder & salt.
Microwave for 90 seconds.
