Inward Visions Yoga 12/24/2025

After nearly 20 years in tech, I’ve experienced things many Black professionals are only now beginning to face — layoffs, isolation, burnout, and uncertainty about the future. Even today, new challenges continue to emerge as the industry evolves.

This wellness offering lives at the intersection of my lived experience in tech and my 7 years of wellness facilitation. It’s something I’ve been intentionally developing for the past three years, and I’m now ready to share it with those who need it most.

I present to you Blacks In Tech Chakra Healing Sessions, simply known as

B.I.T.C.H. Sessions

use your HEART
before using your THROAT.

Basically… think with your heart before you speak, but stay true to you.

Take what you need, ignore what you don’t, and also, choose peace with every bite of pie or banana pudding.
