PROTEIN PACKED EGG BITES!
Ingredients:
4 slices of deli ham
2 eggs
2 tbsp cottage cheese
Diced red bell pepper
Cilantro
1 strip of bacon, cooked
Crumbled feta
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Whisk the egg and cottage cheese with salt and pepper.
Place a slice of ham in the bottom of each muffin cup. Fill 2 thirds of the way with egg mixture. Top with the remaining ingredients.
Bake for 15-18 minutes

A perfect mid day snack!
House made milk bread broiled with cheese and cream. With Chinese sausage and ribbons of kohlrabi.

These are my favorite quick meal. Low carb and easy!
Chaffles are just egg, shredded mozzarella and a dash of baking powder. Into a waffle iron and boooooom!
Top with your favorite toppings and bake!
