The Tibetan Nuns Project and Dolma Ling Nunnery and Institute participated in the Tibetan Cultural Festival held at the Police Ground, Dharamsala, from April 28th to 30th. The event was organized by the Department of Information and International Relations of the Central Tibetan Administration.
