Join us for a unique double bill featuring Rachmaninoff’s dark, obsessive Aleko and Stravinsky’s modern, comedic Mavra.

Both composers wrote these works while channeling their homeland from afar—one through tragic drama, the other through wit and unmistakable Russian flavor.

🗓️ Jun 19, 7:00 PM (Bellevue) & Jun 21, 3:00 PM (Seattle) 🎟️

Audition Update from PSCO
We’re putting the finishing touches on our 2026–2027 season announcement, and we can’t wait to share what’s ahead.
Each spring, we typically hold open auditions. However, because this upcoming season has significantly fewer solo opportunities, we’ve made the decision to pause our annual audition cycle and work from our existing roster of artists. We heard so many wonderful singers last year — far more than we were able to cast — and that depth of talent allows us to move forward without holding general auditions this spring.
Our next round of open auditions will take place in spring 2027.
We know this may be disappointing news for some singers, and we want to acknowledge that openly. We deeply value the artists who invest their time, talent, and trust in PSCO, and we remain committed to creating meaningful performance opportunities for our community.
Thank you for your understanding and for supporting accessible, artist-centered opera in the Puget Sound region. Stay tuned — our season announcement is coming soon.
