Organic Simply Chai ☕️| This is a classic chai combination that tastes better than the chais you get at restaurants. We wanted to replicate those same flavors but make it taste even better. We used a traditional organic Assam based blend, with our own combination of traditional organic Indian spices, grounded up by hand. This really helps the infusion and get those spice notes that you smell on the nose, really dancing on your tongue. The difference between high quality, hand ground spices and store bought grounded spices is night and day. We think we created a really delicious chai and we can’t wait for you to try.

They are then picked, steamed air dried and destemmed. Finally they’re ground using grinding stones into a fine powder that we consume, hence the name, ground tea.
