Lot's of fun shared this morning with this gathering of FABULOUS women for the Fermentation Workshop!! Thank you so much for sharing your time, experiences and wisdom with me. I feel so blessed to have met you all! Looking forward to staying connected. WELCOME to the Fermentation Revivalists group. We are growing! :)
The bowl and the jar in these photos, and all the jars you took home with you to ferment, are filled with the 'fruits of our labor', created together in the workshop. Now this 'super-food' and all the microbiota get to flourish, co-mingle, repopulate, and turn into an abundant source of nourishment and healing for US! :)

Ahhh...Wellness, Balance, Renewal...Took some precious moments a few times this past week to get out and explore our beautiful Wisconsin River... conveniently right here in Stevens Point! So VERY grateful. :) Enjoy!
