Our first saturday all levels practice was a success! If you couldn't make it this time, we'll see you next Saturday at 10 a.m., followed by Open Mat at 11 a.m. Shout out to Coach for leading such an awesome session

People showed up, they put in intentional work (and had a lot of fun), and now they get to enjoy the rest of their weekend 😎

Timothy and David are locals to the CID. One of the brothers found the gym on his own, started training, and enjoyed it so much he told his brother about it. The following week his brother showed up and ended up joining the team as well. It's been a few months now and it's hard to deny their skill development has been skyrocketing in such a short amount of time. It's a result of their dedication and commitment to coming in and putting in intentional effort. Keep up the great work guys!
