A Person on the Move: Ian Olson - Head of Sales
Ian Olson joins Emerald Talent, LLC as Head of Sales and Business Development!
Ian will focus on growing Emerald Talent’s business in the greater Seattle area, as well as expanding the firm’s presence in all significant domestic tech hubs. Ian will oversee the growth of Emerald Talent’s technical On-Demand Recruiting presence in all verticals of Talent Acquisition including services such as Executive Recruiting, Sourcing as a Service, and HR Staffing services. Ian joins Emerald Talent with more than two decades of Sales, Customer Success, and Business Development experience. Ian is a recruiting and staffing industry sales leader who earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Central Washington University and many sales accolades accredited to his name.
Ian is known for successfully managing many large recruiting and enterprise projects, with dozens of consultants and global clients, with a great sense of tact, strategy, and ethics. When he’s not supporting customers, Ian is a husband and a father of two kids with a passion for golf and international travel.
