She’s the one who shows up.
For the crying baby. The client in crisis. The community event. The late-night phone call.
She’s worn 17 hats before lunch & still finds a way to smile.
But what happens when she needs holding?
I know this woman.
Because i’ve been her.
For decades, it was my default to give.
As a bodyworker, I offered 27+ hours of sessions a week. I showed up in every room with a YES GIRL attiude— the soft place to land.
Yes, i will help you.
Yes, i will be your rock through this
Yes, we can do that, even though i don’t really want to
The friend who was always available.
The one who believed if I could just pour a little more love in, I could save the stuck ones.
The overgiver. The over-functioner. The light that sometimes flickered out quietly in the dark.
And honestly?
In my 20s and early 30s, I didn’t even question it.
I was happy to be that person. It felt good to help.
Until one day, it didn’t.
Until I started hearing whispers from within…
"You are not here to carry it all.”
"You are allowed to be held, too.”
“This isn’t what balance feels like.”
It took time, but I began to shift.
I cut back my sessions.
I stopped rescuing people who didn’t want to rise.
I made space for myself on the calendar.
I stopped abandoning myself to meet other people’s needs.
And I learned:
✨ You can have a compassionate heart and fierce boundaries.
✨ You can be the woman who holds space without losing yourself in someone else’s storm.
✨ You can still show up with love — without overextending past your center.
This is for the sacred givers often unseen..
The ones who carry the world quietly.
The ones who are realizing…
✨ You don’t have to burn out to matter.
✨ Your work is sacred. So is your rest.
✨ You’re allowed to be your own priority.
If you’ve felt this, I see you.
What if this season… was about showing up for yourself in deeper ways?

✨ If the word “sales” makes you cringe… read this.

I used to dread it.

The awkward asks. The pressure. That pit-in-your-stomach moment where money enters the convo. 😬

I thought, “That could never be me.”

But learning sales — in a way that felt natural and heart-led — changed everything.

💥 It unlocked my confidence

💥 It gave me choices

💥 It helped me provide for my family without sacrificing my peace

Sales isn’t about pushing. It’s about serving.

It’s not sleazy — it’s sacred.

And when you believe in what you offer, it’s just sharing. (Like telling your bestie about a life-changing podcast.)

✨ Sales is a life skill.

And when women learn to sell with soul, the whole world shifts.

Oh — and if asking for money still makes you nervous?

We have a closing team for that. 🙌

This business model is built for women like you.

Rooted in service, freedom, and a community that actually gets it.

If this sparked something in you — send me a message.

You’re not behind. You’re right on time. 🤍

𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧’𝐭 𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐰𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬.

You can’t preach peace while ignoring oppression.
You can’t model emotional safety while upholding shame, silence, or supremacy.
And you sure as hell can’t say “we’re all equal” while protecting your comfort over someone else’s liberation.

This work — the parenting, the healing, the unlearning — it’s not just about us.
𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝.

✨ Black children
✨ Brown children
✨ Indigenous children
✨ Children with disabilities (including disabled children, neurodivergent children, and others)
✨ LGBTQIA+ children
✨ Children from immigrant families
✨ Children in marginalized faith communities
✨ Children in fat bodies, in gender-expansive bodies — in all bodies

✨ And yes — your children, too.

We are one human family.
And if there was ever a sign to stand up for one another, this is it.

I dream of a world where our children grow up knowing:
💛 They belong.
💛 They are sacred.
💛 They are allowed to be soft and strong, bold and tender, loud and full of love.

A world where it’s normal to feel seen. Held. Free.

But to create that world?

🌿 We have to name the harm.
🌿 We have to unlearn what we were taught.
🌿 We have to pass the mic, share the power, and keep showing up even when it’s uncomfortable.

Raising free children means raising ourselves, too.
Out of the patterns.
Out of the fear.
Out of the systems that told us to shrink.

Because I don’t just want softness and safety for my kids.
I want it for all of ours.

This is our work. This is the vision. This is the rising.
