Received my Commercial Cup today in the mail which I earned in my first year of business. It’s awarded for top marks in regard to issuing new commercial policies.

It’s been a wild 2024. Can’t believe it’s already December. Everyday I’m learning something new and getting better and better.

While 2024 has been a great in some regards, it has come with a fair share of difficulties too.

I am currently in office limbo with my lease ending two months before expected. Thankfully my mentors and former bosses were able to help me out! Huge shoutout to Jordan and Austin for their continued support well past my Protégé period. I would not be where I am without them (literally 😂). Currently in a beautiful temporary office space in Kirkland. Also very happy to see the steps they have taken this last year. Some really inspiring people to work next to!

This insurance market has been a whole different kind of beast. If you work in the industry, you know what I’m talking about. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, please give me your agents number! That being said I’m focused, putting on some blinders and charging ahead towards growth, gaining more wisdom along the way, and helping out as many people as I can with their insurance needs.

If you don’t have a timeline and plan to action your goals are just dreams. Some goals for this next year include:

Finding a permanent home for my office (Looking at Shoreline/Lynnwood area)

Hiring another producing P&C agent

Lastly, cultivate a sales environment with a HEAVY focus on offering the best customer service I can. Something I personally feel can be lacking in this industry. Which in turn means asking for more reviews, referrals, and seeing natural growth through hard work and being valued by my clients.
