With the fishing season getting ready to be in full swing, what better way to clean and fillet your fish then with this gorgeous custom bird and trout knife by South African knife maker Jan Wahl! The hollow ground blade is formed from twist pattern Damasteel with custom filework along the spine. The mosaic bolster is hand forged by South African Mastersmith Kevin Harvey of Heavin Forge from carbon steels while the handle features dyed and stabilized maple burl.
