Synapse Construction - Hiring Site Lead:

Synapse Construction is hiring a Site Lead to run residential remodeling projects. We focus on high-end exterior work (siding, windows, decking) and are looking for someone who can lead crews, stay organized, and deliver quality results.

What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage on-site crews Keep projects on schedule and organized
Maintain quality control and jobsite standards
Communicate with clients and office team

What We’re Looking For:
Strong leadership experience (must have led crews/projects)
Solid general construction knowledge
Reliable, organized, and accountable
Ability to problem-solve and take ownership

Exterior envelope experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person.

Pay & Benefits $30–$40/hr (DOE) Medical benefits Steady, year-round work. Valid Driver's License Required
