Nobu, the global luxury lifestyle brand, will open its first Pacific Northwest restaurant in a 10,000-square-foot space at Avenue Bellevue. Nobu will rebrand the two residential towers at Avenue Bellevue as Nobu Residences, marking the brand’s first residential opening in the United States.
