No, we’re not the threat. We aren’t Antifa. We don’t hate America. Our Democratic cities aren’t burning down. Let’s get that straight.

We didn’t storm the Capitol.
We’re not banning books or targeting teachers, scientists, therapists, unions, farmers, and the most vulnerable with draconian policies, retaliatory cuts, or tariffs that give our competitors the economic advantage.
We’re not gutting healthcare for millions, shredding science, healthcare, infectious disease, or education departments.
We’re not mass-firing Americans to use as political pawns.
We’re not rounding up immigrants in mass, unlawful, and cruel raids.
We’re not shredding the Constitution.
We didn’t create our own paramilitary.
We didn’t try to overturn an election.
We aren’t systematically dismantling our democracy.

They did.
They have.
They are.

And now they want you to believe we’re the danger — for marching peacefully, for demanding human rights, for defending the Constitution and the rule of law, and for protecting our country and our citizens from a wannabe king with authoritarian fantasies. has a fragile ego; he’s a pathological liar, a proven sexual abuser, a convicted felon, a money-hungry, greedy bully.

We are pro-democracy.
We are anti-fascism.
We believe in bodily autonomy, racial justice, q***r and trans liberation, immigrant rights, due process, reproductive freedom, healthcare for all, protecting the most vulnerable — and the fu***ng truth.

This isn’t radical.
It’s America — as promised.

As a gay male clinician, I work with many LGBTQIA+ clients who are navigating the weight of today’s political climate—grappling with fear, rage, grief, and exhaustion while trying to live, work, love, and feel safe in their own skin.

What’s happening in our country right now isn’t just political—it’s a mental health crisis.

And yet, the community continues to show up with creativity, courage, and connection.

This Pride, I’m honoring that resilience.

And I’m holding space for the rage and the grief too.

Both can exist. Both should exist.

If you’re struggling to cope with the emotional toll of this year’s legislation or the cultural climate, you’re not alone.

🏳️‍🌈 Our team is here—trauma-informed, affirming, and ready to support you.

Anger isn’t the enemy—it’s a signal.
💥 It shows up when a boundary is crossed.
💥 It calls attention to unmet needs.
💥 It says: “Something isn’t right.”
This Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re reframing anger as something to listen to.
In our latest blog, Ryan Lewis, LMHC breaks down:
🌀 How to validate anger without judgment
🌀 How to use breathwork & grounding tools from The Calm Blueprint
🌀 How The A2A Program reframes anger into insight & action.
Ready to stop being ruled by anger—and start using it as a guide?

Parenthood is messy, exhausting, and overwhelming—but you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Licensed therapist Sarah K. Hodges, LMFT, gets it. In her latest blog, she shares real-world self-care strategies to help parents manage stress, embrace imperfection, and find moments of peace (even if it’s just 5 minutes in the bathroom).
