Forest Ray Records was lucky enough to work with them last year to record their new LP, and we are very excited to hear its release soon! This Everett based band is a staple of the Snohomish county scene and they bring a lot of new life to classic sounds with unique harmonies and twangy guitars. The union of Robert Lund and Marcus Chavez’s groovy rhythm section under Trevor Fett’s prominent guitar makes them reminiscent of the Stones and late 60’s Fugs, but Tess Tasakos’ strong vocals and harmonies with heavily keyboard led moments help them break away from what you’d expect from your typical rock n roll quartet and make them even more memorable. All of their rock solid musical elements, impressive playing and local references in their lyrics make them a sonic treat for any Washington native or fan of 60’s and 70’s rock and roll. Cannot wait to have these folks grace the stage on Friday, February 16th!
