Monika’s 2026 Experiment - FB Moratorium.
Like many, I am conflicted about aspects of FB. I have told myself that I “need it” - to keep in touch with my far-away people. But in truth, I see some worrying signs of addiction. Perhaps you can relate.

My health severely limits my energy. Anything that works as a thief of time competes for that limited energy. Let’s see if I can step back from FB for four months, observing what happens. Our Verkstad FB account will still cover our art. I will check my messages on DM. See you all in April! 😊
