Most women over 40 don't think about grip strength but doctors do.
Weaker grip correlates to:
*Less independence (because you can't open or carry your own things)
*More serious falls (because you can't catch yourself)
*Overall lower bone density (because you can't hold weights)
The research is eye opening and the good news is it is never too late to do something about it.

We did it. 💜
Because of this community, we officially reached our $2,000 fundraising goal for Northwest Immigrant Rights Project.
