We’re proud to recognize and thank our Fire Alarm Center team for their exceptional dedication and service. In 2025, our dispatchers answered 197,926 incoming calls and dispatched units to 108,763 incidents.

Our firefighter/dispatchers work in high-pressure, time-critical situations every day. As the first point of contact during emergencies, they play a vital role in keeping our community safe. Their professionalism, compassion, and skill are key to the success and effectiveness of our department.
