I generally prefer to play my songs with the full band, but have enjoyed the challenge of solo performance. I wrote the songs just with guitar + voice, but once all the instruments come together, that full arrangement becomes the de facto song for me. It becomes difficult for me to make the songs feel powerful when you remove those elements again. So I gotta go back and find that feeling that made me excited about the song when I was first writing it with just voice and guitar... See y'all out there.
