Remember when Matt did the Chinese version?! My turn! But what was that ending though? π
Remember, not every sunscreen is right for every skin type or skin concern π
π Dark spots? Use a tinted sunscreen with iron oxides.
π Dry skin? Reach for a moisturizing sunscreen.
π Oily skin? Try a lightweight gel or fluid formula.
π Sensitive skin? Mineral sunscreen is often the better choice.
π Want your SPF to double as makeup? Look for a tinted primer sunscreen.
π Sun-damaged skin? Consider a sunscreen with DNA repair enzymes.
π Hate sunscreen? Pair your SPF with hats, UPF clothing, and oral sun protection supplements like Polypodium leucotomos. Just remember: oral sun protection is an ADD-ON, not a replacement for sunscreen.
Of course, sunscreen isn't one-size-fits-all, but matching your SPF to your skin can make daily use so much easier.
