Previously, we took a vote on where we all should go the day after Christmas: Disneyland or Universal Studios. Apparently, most of the family voted Universal and that’s where we went. It was a buck load of fun to revisit some of the rides of old and see the updates of the amusement park, and Super Nintendo World was no exception.
But my favorite of the many was the Transformers: The Ride because the movies are one of my BIGGEST guilty pleasure and getting a picture with Optimus and Bumblebee was one of the biggest highlights of my time here.
One thing I hope for the amusement park is that they create a Wicked-themed ride or theatre as it is one of those films that I like much more than I’m willing to admit.
This is my second to last post to complete the year, and then the year in review slideshow with your usual Linkin Park song. Of all the days had during our Christmas family reunion, our time at the Universal Studios @ Hollywood was the most eventful of them all.

Greetings Programs and Users!

What you’re seeing here is the epic art design of a shirt that I purchased several months ago. Couldn’t wait to show it to you guys but I had to for the opportune moment to post it. And what better day to post it than the day of this wonderful film’s release. As someone who takes his commemorations very seriously, I’m honored to have this attire in my possession. And I will be wearing this all day today on December 17th 2024, the 14th Anniversary of TRON: Legacy.

I also want to give an honorable mention to Spider-Man: No Way Home for transcending 3 Years. If the time is convenient for me, hopefully I’ll be able to watch that as well because Spider-Man is one of my all-time favorites overall, and to see all three of them in a single movie together is an unforgettable experience. With that being said, the best of this day, as usual, will be dedicated to TRON: Legacy. To 14 Years of TRON: Legacy & 3 Years of Spider-Man: No Way Home. 🥂

Another November 27th is alive once more. That’s means it is time for yet another commemoration to one of Disney’s greatest stories let alone adaptation ever told. Based on Robert Louis Stevenson’s Greatest Adventure, ‘Treasure Island’.

22 Years Ago, Disney has blessed us with the glorious yet underappreciated masterpiece that is Treasure Planet.

Not I’m not gonna lie, this isn’t one of my most proudest of edits, but with everything that is on my plate as far as moving from Seattle to California, I had to come up with something quick, and a black hole with the Jolly Rogers Insignia was what I came up with. Along with a render of Jim riding his surfer.

I’m beyond grateful and blessed that I get to see another Nov. 27th because celebrating the anniversary of my favorites is one of the most fun things I get to do. The Anniversary of Treasure Planet is definitely no exception because watching the movie and revisiting let alone reminding yourself of why you love the movie so much feels like a breath of fresh air. As if I was Jim Hawkins myself riding high in the atmosphere with my solar surfer. The first thing that drew to the film when I first saw that epic teaser trailer when I was 5 years old in 2002.

At that point after the movie changed my life in ways that not many other Disney could for me like it did others. It was all so overwhelming that I had to draw lots of pictures just to express it. And like the many pictures that I drew of Atlantis during its time, I drew a lot of pictures of Treasure Planet during its time.

And it warms me soul to grow up knowing that 22 Years Later, many still share the same opinion that Treasure Planet deserves so much more. That’s why I don’t focus too much on things like Star Wars or Spider-Man because as much as I LOVE those films, I enjoy bringing light to the underrated stuff at there. And Treasure Planet is a film that needs a lot of love and lot more recognition from the corporation that gave it the green light. Something I intend to keep on for many November 27th days to come.

And with all of that said, I officially bid Treasure Planet a bless’d Happy 22nd Anniversary!

Wassup my peoples? How y’all doin on this fine Friday? Squire’s back from a galaxy far far away and I’m here promote another single that was created by none other than music artist herself, . Her latest song, as you can by the cover I designed, is called, WIN! It’s a song that is dedicated to those go about life with a triumphant mindset. Not necessarily in the context of competition but in the context of various trials that we face day in and day out and how the Lord not only helps us overcome whatever those trials are on a daily basis, but reminds us that in Christ is when we truly victorious. Victorious in our emotions, mentality, and in spirit. The world will always be out to get you and make it seem like the life that you live or try to live is a losing battle. That feeling of a losing battle is common, but it is temporary and merely a fleeting distraction at the heat of every negative moment in this life, but the victory in Christ Jesus will remain and transcend 10,000 years and forevermore. In this life and the next. Ultimately, that’s what I got out of it, and hopefully, prayerfully, this song will reach out to those who are open to the truth and the salvation of Jesus and the sense of victory that he generously provides. He won against sin and death, and through Him, we too can win against and death. Our victory, our championship is obtained not by might, not by power, but by the Spirit and nothing that the world can throw at us will prosper and prevail. And that’s all I have to say about that. That said, do give the song a listen. You can find it on Yolanda Simpson’s Spotify and ITunes. Love you all, Happy Release, Happy Friday & God Bless!

On behalf of May 4th and the Star Wars Marathon! I’m present to y’all…more high school throwbacks in honor of my favorite franchise of all time. At least before Disney happened. But nevertheless, I hope y’all have an amazing Star Wars Day! May The 4th Be With You All!
