In the 8+ years we've been in operation I can count the number of times we've closed a restaurant on one hand - twice when we've run out of food, once when it was a tragic situation, and Friday was the second time it was because of being short staffed. I think that's it 🖐🏽

Every time we close it cuts deep because it disappoints customers. But, most times, it is in the interest of the team. I think we are learning that the more businesses we have the more complex the web becomes and the tougher it is to juggle all the plates but without the team we currently have it would be impossible to survive.

In the last two months, the other thing that has changed is having our second 👶🏽 So yea, things evolve and we continue to adapt.
