Hello I’m back to share my next week of care!

I started off the week with my first re-exam. Re-exams allow the doctors to be able to compare your exam from when you first come in to the present and show you your progress. My first re-exam was wild because I could remember the tests from my first exam, and things felt very different. After the re-exam, I got adjusted and I had a LOT of sublaxations all through my back. I also had misalignments of my p***c bone and hip/femur joints. Even though I had so many sublaxations, I was still doing a lot better than my first weeks of care, so Dr. Becky let me graduate to two visits per week, rather than three!

On my second visit of the week, we addressed my acid reflux and that right hip pain that was giving me grief earlier in the week. My p***c bone and hip were out again, but I was holding my other adjustments pretty well. I had a lot fewer sublaxations and the adjustments definitely helped that pain and tightness I was feeling in my lower right half of my body. That’s all for this week of care updates. Check back for more next week!

After an all too brief vacation ;), I am back to tell you about my third week of care at Long Chiropractic.

I had been experiencing a bit of nausea, as well as hip pain and stiffness, and looking at my records, it shows by how many sublaxations I got adjusted that week! Dr. Becky and I decided to back off on manual neck adjustments for a few weeks starting this week, just to see if my nausea would subside. I had so much moving around in my nervous system by starting treatment, that my body was still on sensory overload a little bit. I continued seeing Dr. Becky for three times this week, after the first two weeks of care, but I had been correcting life-long imbalances and maladies, so it made sense to me that my body might need a little extra time and care in the first stage of care. By Friday of that week, my atlas had gone out again, so I had it readjusted. I felt better immediately after, but not as good as the first time I had it set. It was a lot more subtle, but my headache and nausea did go away right away. Follow up next week to see if I ended up feeling better and if my atlas held!
